Lotel was founded in Baton Rouge, Louisiana by John L. Lowery in 1964. Shortly after he founded the company, Mr. Lowery invented and patented the line of Mesh-Up® products. Today we manufacture Mesh-Ups® and Rebar-Ups® from our facilities in Baton Rouge. We also offer custom molding services.
